Baking Substitutes

This is a trying time for all of us.  Friends who are ordering groceries online have mentioned fears their items might be replaced.  This inspired this short list of substitutes you can add to your cart in cause your baking ingredients are in low supply.  The substitutes are broken into Fresh and Preserved Ingredients so you can prepare accordingly.  The list is inspired by the links I have provided below each item.   I have not tried myself.  This page is designed to gather useful information not provide cooking tips.  I hope that collecting these links in one location will be helpful.
